    From a broker once that gave me a load time an hour before she knew it to be. we tell all the drivers that, they are always late.

    I love it when you deliver less than 30 miles from home, and due for home time. Instead of just deadheading 30 miles to the house, you have to go 250 miles the other way to pick up a load, then come back home

    When arriving at the receiver to unload cement and being told : "keep your pressure under 8psi".....

    And it's twice as infuriating when they actually watch your pressure gauges..

    Boss:" yeah there's not much going on tonight, just enjoy a night at home"..... ..

    Me: "Gee thanks"...

    Get to a receiver,with 1 LTL shipment, and am told to wait for the roady who isn't ready to load yet. Doors aren't open, driver nowhere to be seen, not backed into the door.
