Injured worker earl l henderson

I don't seem why this is on the bad companies forum. It should be on the bad workers comp forum. Henderson did nothing wrong here. The workers comp insurance is the one to blame. How is it Earl's fault if the insurance company went bankrupt? It's not and you're being silly.

And, as everyone has said, Henderson did not sell out to Prime. They sold their trailers to Prime but the trucks are theirs, they retain their own plates and DOT/IFTA numbers and such. They are now leased to Prime somehow. They kept a few customers of their own that they are not going to Prime through. The dedicated account this guy worked is one of them. Henderson kept complete control over it.

 

I'm glad I work for 1 of the best companies out here..I get 4000 plus miles a week..$1000.00 to 1300.00 a week is great take home..I worked for prime years ago and I became homeless because of them..sorry guys but in my book there are worthless. Any company that has hundreds of trucks still sitting with no driver shows alot..my company is small and they keep driver's. .very happy here...

 

Im happy there are guys like you willing to grind out 4000 miles a week for that. Somebody has to do it.

 

I guess you don't have an attorney that deals with workman's comp issues. Yes most will work on pro bono, meaning they get paid when all is settled.

 

Pro Bono means free, You are trying to say about lawyers who work off of the judgement money.
Most take 33 1/3 of what you win.
