If an inspector sees a violation, he can go ahead and do another inspection, though.
As for the Level 1 roadside inspection being good for the Federal Annual inspection, it is. You need to keep a copy of the Level 1 FMCSA inspection in the vehicle for the 12 month period, though. The CVSA decal, being good for only 90 days, will not work.mp4694330 Thanks this. -
