installed a locking diff in the rear drive axle, seemed to work before I installed. Put air to it. Sucked in the forks on passenger side. Had to installed it hooked fox air to clear housing. Now it’s in the truck when I put air to it I can’t hear any movement? And it’s definitely not locking the wheels.

    What could be wrong?

Not that it would help with it not locking but did you have to cut any clearance out of the housing? On my eaton 404s I had to cut a notch to get it to fit and it wouldn't have had room to unlock without it

Used the proper axle with the longer splines?

Collar didn't fall out on you? Supposed to install the carrier with the locker engaged.

    lester Thanks this.
