I'm stuck at Love's in Dublin, GA this weekend :biggrin_25516:

I had a load going down to FL and a load coming back up here to start some sunday-monday runs but I was delayed at my receiver yesterday about 6 hours so I never would have made the cut-off time for the receiver friday night. Guy in front of me got his #### stuck in the trailer and took 6 hours getting his stuff out. We were all pissed at him. :biggrin_25516: Anyway, turns out his name is Steve, was pulling that load through Eclipse, ended up at the Love's with me and we've been shooting the #### all day... decent guy. OH well, nice guy but he still ###### me lol ..(he's laughing too)

Hey PP, how did you go about getting the price of your truck knocked down so much? I myself plan on looking next week for a truck.

I'm feeling pissed off...one of my roomates yanked his cord that I was using to amplify my cell phone signal. He didn't know. I have a mega booster for my cell phone that hooks up to the router. I could get a strong signal in the most remote places.
No matter WHERE I live...Sprint has coverage that kicks ### in every area OTHER than my house. 3 different houses, so I'm not just being dramatic. I would drop the call as soon as you picked up.

Now he got home and he is putting it back in. It will take up to an hour to get back up to max signal.

If I can't call you tonight I'll holla at you tomarra! :biggrin_25525:

Hey Pharm, on that trailer deal with Eclipse where they provide it for an additional 10 percent how does that work when you want to take a few days off? Do they just assign it to and you take it home on your off days or what? Thanks.

Nice job and best of luck to you. My biggest PITA with my driving test was downshifting to 7th. Could not hit it for the life of me, but was able to recover and get 6th. DMV commented on it, but gave me a bit of praise for not up and stopping in the road and starting over. Said she has had a few sudents do that in the past.

TMC is still on my list of companies after I retire from the Navy. I would be interersted in reading about your opinion of them in the TMC forum, if you go with them.

Thanks. I've spoken with abput 6 or 7 of TMC Drivers, They all seem to be happy with them. Good miles and decent pay. I too was in the Navy, got out after 11.5 years (Divorce) couldn't see given my ex half of my retirement for screwing me over.

There has to be a way for the dealer to get it all in a lump sum, be it cash from you or financing from a finance company like I got. I didn't have to do anything. The finance company would only do trucks with 600k or less miles and no older than 2002. They found this one on the lot that met that criteria. When the finance company got the info, they said they would only give 19k in financing on it, and they'd have to get the rest out of me. So anyway I had agreed to 5k down, but said I could do 7.5k MAX.

They didn't like it but they took it without too much fuss.
