ok mr pharmparts changer, what you said about the reward is a job well done and helping someone else,,,you know what you have done for rob is above and beyond the call of duty!!!!!and for that sir take a bow,and i take my hat off to you,yes rob is truly in need,i keep trying to teach him not to put the squar peg in the round hole, but he understands ,but his hands dont do what his brains thinking,(must have been all that collage ed hes got ),but it also brings to mind the movie (pay it forward),if every one pays it forward, everyone will soon be helping each other, and in this industry we all can use all the help we can get,,,,includeing rob lol,,,well rob get your butt down there and oh mr parts changer, you cant teach rob!!!!!!!you have to learn him!!!!lol its a slow process but he is learnable :biggrin_2559:

Ya know, I had that issue as well when I left my day job to do this. While I did not work with my family, it was a small family run Ag outfit in a small town & you become just that, family. Worked there 11 years to the day & could not wait to get out on my own, we worked a lot of overtime & were around one another at least 6 days a week, sometimes 7.

For the first few months, it was welcome change, but thinking it was more that I was burned out on the job itself, not the people because to this day if I could afford to set up a transport co. that included those very same people, I would do it in an instant.

Good luck on the audit. I'm looking forward to whatever info you can provide on how it went, how long it took and what it covered. It'll be some time before mine, at least I can be a bit more prepared.:biggrin_25525:
