You folks are crackin me up! There is NO way that PP had a lizard in the truck while I was sleeping - anytime that truck stopped I woke up to hit the facilities and grab some food.

But that girl in Polk City was no TV boys - she was all woman - I'd know that from growing up in the LA area!

A short update: I picked up my plates last wednesday after an ace on my drive test and getting my A license issued (finally). Pharm let me borrow his trailer and fuel card to run a couple loads. Those done I headed back up and dropped his trailer at his truck, and then headed for the house.

I'd planned on running this weekend to pick up my trailer on Monday, but after checking the weather, I decided to wait it out and take care of a few minor issues at home and on the truck. Hopefully I'll be able to pick up the trailer at the end of the week, and get in position for a load on Monday.

After looking at Pharm's gearbox the other night, it's a wonder it made it to PPPR's - never seen anything like that. It looked like it was full of chocolate milk when it went, and I'll bet the noise was unreal.

I'll be riding down to his truck with him sometime early Wednesday morning to throw in any help I can be. I also need some time to clean up that trailer I borrowed, as I didn't feel up to sweeping it out the other night.

    Hey, where's Wally been lately?

Hope you folks had the best of a weekend, and Monday didn't sting!

    PharmPhail and Jarhed1964 Thank this.
