No I never said my teamate was a rookie. He's an experienced millitary driver moving over to the commercial sector. He's driven 2, possibly even 3-stick trucks over every terrain imagineable.
I'm going to Albequerqe.

I am glad you finally posted. All well so far? You going to get on the road tomorrow? Where are you now? Are you staying in the truck?

No we didn't get the tag done on Friday, so the plan is I'm leaving here (home, borrowed his car) at around 2am, meeting him at home around 7am, ATL by 9am when the tag office opens, then however long that takes. Then sticker the truck with the various permits and displays. Then he'll follow me home, leave his car, then we head to Martinsville, VA to pickup my trailer at the truck stop, then head for Louiza, VA for the pickup. Probably setup outside there for the night, pickup first thing Tuesday morning and blaze a trail for Albequerqe by close of business Wednesday.
I still don't know the hours of the receiver, it could be 24/7 for all I know, might have plenty of time, but they are not answering over the weekend.ampm wayne Thanks this. -

The images you see on google earth are not real time images. They are taken at various times. Last time I looked at google earth for our house, it still didn't show up, and we built it a year and a half ago.

i didn't recommend for the images. it's for the weather. it's real time.

What I red in the first part was that once starting up your own company from the scratch with little to none experience the insurance is going to be the hardest part, but do they held notice with European OTR experience? Because by the time I'm planning to move to the united states I will both have the money to buy a truck, and over a million (Hopefully damage free) miles. So I'm kind of looking 5 years ahead, which means I have six and a half years of legal European experience.
