On second thought since you want to get in the middle of this Per Robs quote there was $6k gross I turned in almost$5 for a total of nearly $11k gross of which I recieved $385.22 and Robs truck is going into the shop???.... You figure it out from there.

This is the problem Rob. You only tell the part of the story that makes you looks good....

Now heres the rest of the story.... I was told that the money would be added to my CC so of the $132 in my pocket I paid the ticket ($110) to get rolling and expecting to get it back within a few hours.... Rather I recieved the money only AFTER MY BOL's had gone in and the t-check was issued by Eclipse.....Leaving me with less than $20 to my name at the time.

It wasn't that big of a deal to you because you were at home with money in your pocket .

 

that makes the percentage LS takes seem pretty piddly

but i prolly should stay outta the PRIVATE affairs of others

 

I'm just sick of sitting back and watching this BS roll around like he is being so great to me.. Yes I am greatful for the original help, but the way things have been handled since has been far short of good business. There is no reason for things to have gone this way.

I don't blame ya. I know how it feels. I've been on the road with $5 in my pocket having to lower your pride and barrow money because you haven't eaten in two days. I was lucky enough I had someone I could actually ask for help or rather someone who would offer as I would likely not ask. Nobody knows what it's like if they haven't been there. I know people who say " oh i'm so broke!" AND I laugh at them. they have no idea what BROKE really is

 

I'm not getting into the middle of this. I'm not taking sides. I personally like 5mouths and Pharm. That being said, taking out all personal feeling on the matter, if you are insinuating what I think you are insinuating (that Rob is not paying you all your money) you need to get out. Do not continue to run under someone you feel is shorting you money. I'm not saying I believe Rob is shorting you and I'm not saying you're lying. All I know is I would never stay with someone if I thought they were ripping me off.

 

If it were me i would take my settlements and meet in person and get this settled. Talking #### on a forum is not gonna get the matter solved.

On another note why is your money being mixed with robs? Nevermind...Just seems to me it wouldn't be too much hassle for eclipse to make a seperate settlement for you and just deduct 5% from your gross.

 

So, your gonna stick to that story, eh?
