Had all my crap stolen while the truck was sitting at a company terminal awaiting repairs. I was staying in a hotel down the road and it was pretty troubling for me. Police could not have cared any less, wouldn't even come out and do a report, and the company refused to look into it.

I don't believe in insurance. The dealer most likely does not have a 21. Always decline the insurance and go for the hire 1.5 payout.
And now for some serious advice. I don't believe in insurance. However, you can get personal property insurance for items in your truck. You can add this to your truck insurance or get it as a stand alone if you are living in a company truck. Just call your agent. You will be in good hands or maybe some talking lizard will help. -
I know when I started trucking state farm was able to cover all of my belongings in my truck so u would give them a call or check your local insurance company
