Did the parking lot have cameras perhaps or maybe a nearby shop had cameras?? -
Details, it's always in the details...
Okay, so you saying the freight alone was worth $130,000 and you only had $100,000 of insurance, correct? How was that figure arrived at? What is the actual value of the load (cost to replace)? What was the freight? What does your Bill of Lading say for liability, $2/pound?
For a start... -
The freight didn't cost $130,000. That's what it sold for profit.
Insurance will determine the actual cost to make product, $50,000 maybe and cut a check. -

Sorry I try to make long story short but truck was stolen, while driver was at home. Taking restart. We did go to police, did all that, don’t pay attention to details, like what was the load, how much it cost, they: police and broker and customer determine on there own, so my only thing is how to deal with it, if you have 100000 Insurence and someone loads you with lays say 500000 $ whose responsibility in this case and any suggestions about lawers in mind or something?
