Do a search on Google for commercial truck insurance. $12k a year sounds horrible. Insurance companies get free money every month from everyone and will compete.
What type of insurance do you need?
I like Progressive because if your late on the payment they won't cancel your policy right away. And they won't give out your policy to anyone that just calls up.
