By his last post I’m guessing the issue is his real lack of much history.

Interesting. New authority? Who was the insurance company?

yeah new authority in California. I was trying to let it age and sit so I made the radius for 50 miles and put a box truck on the policy.

Maybe they know people do this and make cooking pollicies. I’ll prolly just change the radius to intrastate

It was definitely the 50 mile radius that set off the alarms at the insurance office.

do you think if I start again and make it just intrastate, it will be normal?

You might want to let an independent agent help you. Progressive is the only place I know that writes policies for new entrants but a good agent will be able to tweak the parameters and help you get the best deal even if they're just using Progressive. They play with data entry all day every day and know what they can get away with.

Insurance companies have lots of experience with their customers lying to them. Look around, lying is not a dying habit, it is exploding. Expect more insurance companies to implement more micromanaging if you want their insurance.
