Interesting, pic claims Werner wants their drivers yup lobby Washington

i worked for werner for 3 months..... did their "training" program, by the time i was done with training i already put up with enough B.S...... i was "qualified" to get a truck but decided i already had enough. i went on leave after my training period and never went back for a truck..... instead i pursued local work. i have to say i have no regrets in my decision. i work for walton milk hauling and have been assigned a 2010 kenworth T660 DAYCAB, i gross over a grand a week and im home everynight...... i have no regrets. sorry that lifestyle and that crappy company was not for me.

 

before anyone says that a 2010 is an old worn out truck lol. it has 380K on it, cummings ISX, and an 18 speed transmission...... yup pretty nice truck, actually probably better then whatever worn out POS werner would have given a new driver.

OTR trucks rack up allot of miles faster and wear out at a younger age.
