Have a 1995 International 9300 with 60 series Detroit and Super 10 transmission. Everything was working fine on the truck until I took it in to a local welding shop to have the frame shortened on it. Now when key is turned on all gauges peg out and go back to 0 like they are supposed to. Truck starts perfect with no issues but tach stays on about 800-900 rpm and speedometer stays on 0. Read a lot on it possibly being an issue with the speed sensor on the rear of the transmission but would this effect the tach reading as well? Also does anyone have any specs on this sensor to ohm it out and test it before I replace it? Really lost on this one.
Thanks in advance.

Those are probably electronic gauges that get their data over a datalink to the engine. I would try another speedo/tach module for a test. The diagnostic connector you plug into check the engine for codes will also connect to the cluster module. So if you plug in and can communicate with the engine, the datalink wiring is ok.
