Hello, it is 2009 prostar with ISX and Eaton automatic, problem is that I can’t select any gear, when I push brake pedal and push D or R truck makes 3 time beeping Noise and still stays at N, like I never hold brake pedal and Traction Control light comes on, no brake light comes on when I push brake pedal. I got new pressure sensor (brake sensor) and replaced it, no brake light still. But when I use paper clip and connect to contacts of brake sensor connector together I here relay click and lights on. Truck engine starts good, no problem. Any suggestions? Thx.

today checked all battery terminals, cleaned it, no change. Also have error code - bodycontroler brake sensor signal erratic every time I push pedal

The brake switch is a smart switch in that there is always current flowing through it and making a brake application changes the internal resistance. This is how the body controller is able to tell if the signal is valid or there is an open or short in the circuit. I suspect you have wiring problems and it is detecting a circuit fault and disallowing a shift from neutral because of that. I can't explain why it is allowing the brake lights to work, must be a default safety fall-back response.

Ok today I made my best, I was able to track brake switch contact from sensor to cab controller (orange) but what interesting that second (grey) wire had resistance with few wires back at cab controller plug, (unless orange and grey go to different port of cab controller It is looks weird) or may be that is my problem. I still have my stop lights perfectly working when that clock is off, as soon as egnition on, problem starts.

At your stop light switch, you should have BA70, 18 gauge orange wire and BA9K, 18 gauge grey. Orange is the signal back to the body controller and grey is electronic ground or zero volt reference. The grey splices with B9D from the turn signal switch to become B9, 18 gauge grey wire. They go through a big connector to the right of the steering column and then to the body controller. After the big connector the oranges becomes A70, 20 gauge and grey becomes A9, 18 gauge grey, with another splice around the body controller somewhere to finally become A9A at the body controller. A70 goes to E14 of J5. A9A goes to E5 of J5 too.
