I have an iPad with AT&T. 25 dollars a month no contract and it gives me 2 gb of data. Or can get 3 gb for thirty. I mainly use it for looking for freight. I get on YouTube every now and then and use the navigation and I barely use a gig a month. Speed depends on the area I'm in.

I use an aircard with my laptop. I spend about $59 plus tax ($65) for unlimited with Sprint. Speed varies depending on where I am and how many people are on the internet at any given time.

I just tether my phone. I have an old unlimited data plan with Verizon. If I have 4G service its faster than my DSL at home.

Im unlimited AT&T but can't tether til I go on per Gig packageNotTheAverageTrucker Thanks this. -

The truck bigger stops (T/A Petro, Pilot/Flying J) sell internet access. It can be very spotty at times though. I tried Cricket for a while, but the signal was very poor if nonexistent in some of the holes I've been in. I went to Verizon and got a 4G LTE mobile hotspot. The speed is fast everywhere I've taken it, except one place: My own house. Of course I've got a metal roof which is the likely suspect.

I just tether off of my Andriod with Verison. $20.00
