Internet on the truck

Thats exactly what I have (verizon samsung galaxy tab) I pay 80 for the ten gig plan and its totally worth it. You can turn on the hotspot or tether to hour laptop too

 

Some even have free Internet access. Bosselman's and Iowa80 to name a couple of them. Of course those who do offer free internet are few and far between.

 

McDonald's and some other fast food joints have free wifi, and are sometimes available from the truckstop parking lot. It depends on where you park. McDonald's has a map with all their locations with free wifi on their website.
Waffle Houses sometimes have free wifi too.
I have a Verizon Mifi black box for times I am stuck out in BFE.

That looks alot like mine, except mine is all scatched up because I dropped it at a job site (gravel pit). Now it's all scratched up on the top, but at least it matches the truck, which has begun to resemble the truck Mel Gibson drove in the Road Warrior.
