Internet Truckstop Load Board Are Thieves

Red Pocket Mobile is working out great for me. 100gb hotspot for $50/mo. Sounds like some of the deals above may be even better but I haven't used over 100gb in a month yet to stream a couple hours of entertainment every night.

I'm using their SIM card with an old Google phone a friend gave to me.

 

Yeah, this was back in 2003 or so. I would buy a minutes card and check available minutes after a use, then not make a call until the following day so I would know how many minutes I had left.

After checking my available minutes yet again the following day, it would register as having used ten minutes.

Angered by this, I would call customer no service only to be told that they had no idea what happened to my minutes, and that they could credit my account a dollar or two since I bothered calling customer no service.

 

I agree, Internet Truckstop is garbage and I hate using them. They constantly screw up payment features. Just the other day their garbage rate tracker got taken off my account for no reason at all. Haven't even bothered calling them about it because the last time it happened it was a headache to get fixed.

Remember the cluster #### that was them switching over to the new format?

I wish one of the other load boards would do something to attract all the open deck loads so we could switch to a company that sucks less. How about offering an option to filter out loads going out of your home country you lazy ####s! How about issuing fines to brokers like TQL who lie about where their loads are posted by hundreds of miles on a regular basis( A little leeway can be granted to not give away proprietary information)

 

20+ year Verizon customer here up until this past fall. They always have the best internet service everywhere I go but #### they sure do charge a premium for it. And longtime customers get no price breaks those all go towards stealing other carriers customers.

So we ditched dishnetwork and Verizon at the same time switching over to xfinity for both. Phone bill was practically cut in half. Saved a ton on TV too. That's the good. Now the bad, xfinity utilizes the Verizon network but Verizon customers will always get priority and sometimes I see sketchy internet service now that never happened before. There's been a time or 3 when I considered just swapping my one phone back to Verizon but haven't done it yet. Xfinity is mostly adequate and hasn't left me hanging too bad, not yet..

Agree with ProffessionalNoticer on ITS. It was the same old #### about 8 years ago when I ditched them for DAT. But it seems like the past couple of years DAT service has been almost as bad. Try getting someone on the phone for customer service.. I'm done with DAT Power since they bumped it to $175 a month. I liked some of the features on it but can live without.
