just want 2 let u drivers out ther know if u r considering Interstate 4 employment, run and run fast and far away. this is by far the worst company i have ever had the displeasure of hualing 4.

let me start out by telling u the facts. they do not pay detention,layover,breakdown or even for a motel when in a terminal shop.

thier insurance is a joke, 175.00 a week for husband/wife which is thier insurance. 401k huh u are paying into the company which they dont even match.

once out of orientation u will be assigned if u r lucky a 2006 piece of equipment, in my case i was assigned a 2004 frieghtliner with 994325 miles on it, was broke down 4 times in a week and a half period. the majority of the fleet is 04,05,06 frieghtshakers. Dont be fooled some of the units have refrigerators very few have apu,s and scanners on board.

If u r a solo driver dont even bother, 2 weeks in a row i have gotten under 2300 miles 4 the week, this week i only got 643 miles 2 include 3 days down time due 2 a breakdown.

The planners dont plan, they will let u sit all day and at the last minute when they think ur desperate they will put a 4 or 5 hundred mile run on u for the next day so u will have 2 run all night 2 get there. in conclusion what a big mistake !!!! i am tuffing it out till the end of Nov. where i am going back 2 hauling 4 a small company,believe me the grass is not greener....
