Wait a minute...u didn't say that !!!! He gave a 15% pay cut to the other former employees? Naw....take off. Guys in a bind cause he cut wages and folks quit. Trucks are shabby cause he won't put money in them......

Yea I did with the terminal manager. It went great claims hes gonna hire me and fire a couple of his drivers. He already fired his operations supervisor.

Whoops didn't realize you started 2 threads, like I said keep your head clean, those guys he's firing ate casuals like you, keep all pay stubs. He is most likely getting rid of them so they don't make the list and they don't have to pay for their benefits

I personally wouldn't take the job. $15/hr is low pay for a P&DC driver, IMO.

At a small shop like that, raises are highly unlikely.

That might be just your time as a casual... Some places get a big increase when they make the list, like UPSF. I started at 20.34 a hour at YRC... bUT this is the metro area I live in
