I'm a non CDL licensed driver with a F350 classed at 11,000 pounds ,combination 26000 pounds. What do I need to do or who do I need to contact to change from Intrastate to Interstate. I currently have a US Dot #. I'm looking to haul out of state.

Call your local DMV they will steer you in the appropriate direction.

You're going to have to get your MC number set up and IRP account and get and apportioned tag. You'll have to get the correct insurance coverage as well. Contact your states IRP office they'll get you pointed in the right direction.

Being under 26,001 you will not need IRP or apportioned tag. You will need your MC number. Get the proper insurance so brokers will contact with you. Yes contact you state DMV once you satisfy their requirements, other states will honor that. Good luck.
