Good Morning, and thanks for taking the time to read my posts. I did this backwards, because I started posting in another forum before introducing myself. Here goes....I am currently an owner operator in the Northeast. Been driving since 1998, following my dad into trucking. Over the years I have met some really great people, and have no interest in doing anything else but driving trucks or being around them. It truly is a passion.
In my time driving, I have run mostly local or regional doing everything from dump trailer to fuel tanker, RGN, 10 wheeler, 6 wheeler, and a little bit of flatbed. I have not done van trailer.
Dad taught me "old school" trucking, and I try to keep those values going in my daily operations. I have seen this industry change....some good...some really bad. I consider myself experienced, but always looking to learn something new.
As you read my posts or comments, please ask any questions you may have. This industry is tough as a new driver, so I will do my best to help the new drivers. All comments are welcome, as I was blessed with broad shoulders to take it. I pride myself in straight up honesty, to separate fact from BS. It's the only way to be, and how I learned. Have a safe day drivers.
