Short answer is no cig lighter wiring is too light to run a fridge or microwave

Which is why you shouldn't do that. It is a warning that it might catch fire

^^^^^^^lol that's comedy right there

I ran a laptop off a cig lighter and if anyone old enough to remember the Pentium III 800 mhz coppermine CPU it put out heat greater than a 120 watt lightbulb And burned electricty off the 300 watter. Eventually the 300 watter did catch fire when it finally after years of service began to burn in our car. We had to check the car to make sure nothing beyond the socket burned as well. A valid vehicle fire would have been a waste due to that inverter.
We ran a proper inverter in the rig off half inch thick cabling attached to batteries by the dealer. And allowed by the company but not continious. Just enough to run a Mr Coffee pot or something short time. It builds up heat that needs disposable. We were happy to have it.
Also.
Recruiters promises of this that and other is BS unless same recruiter signs formally to a letter with his company's letter head and title under same containing the promises in writing. If its verbal only, you can assume safely that a certain percentage of that babble contains lies.D.Tibbitt Thanks this. -

You can buy an inverter and ask the Schnieder maintenance shop to install it. Just dont install it yourself (presuming the truck isnt yours). They frown on home installs
QuietStorm and Lepton1 Thank this.
