    The truck shop will do the install and supply the cables for it. they allow a max of 1750 for an inverter.

    Yes it is USX. I just got home from orientation at Tunnel Hill. I go out Sunday with a trainer.

    good deal we'er at markham looks like for the weekend, as to the invertor make sure you check with the shop BEFORE you get your invertor... rumor has it that they are thinking of changing it to ONLY 800w

    Uhm Your going to install an inverter in your trainers truck?

    And USX runs TK APU's right? Should already be an inverter installed.

    I would stay away from Cobra. I have had mine replaced twice now under warranty...I would buy the yellow ones that they sell at the truck stops...can not think of the name. I have not had any issues with that one. I keep the cobra now only as a back up.

    Why would I have a inverter installed to my trainers truck? I just dont believe in waiting till the last minute to do something.

    As far as I know of, none of the USX trucks have APU's in them.

    That is the one I bought, the big Yellow one 1500 PowerDrive is the name on it.
