I meant Transflo app. I scan everything in using their app.

They want to make it difficult/inconvenient for people that want nothing to do with one of their quick pay options. Mercer was the same way until the last few years. My tax guy thinks I’m getting “screwed” out of $1.75 every time I bill a load for them. I’ve had some of my invoices get “lost” in the mail as well.
Lately, I’ve been sending my invoices by certified USPS and have had NONE of my paperwork get lost in the mail. As of recently (this year) LS has become one of my fastest paying customers. Still a PITA with the $5, wait in line at the post office certified mailing and the $1.75 deduction from my check.

I stopped hauling for them because of those antics. Also, all the double brokering just pushed me over the edge. I sent them a cancellation notice in writing and haven't hauled for them since. It's a shame too because in 2018 I hauled lots of loads for them and made some good change. Sadly, those times will never return.

    Oxbow and Siinman Thank this.

The tactics of their various agents are another conversation entirely! In the 26 years I’ve been in business, LS is the only one that owes me a TONU from about a half dozen years ago (not the shipper nor my fault, rather, Mohammed the agent with the New York area code phone number)!

I just canceled the load. No way I am going through all of this and have to make 8 am calls plus tracking.

sent an email last night to the broker and asked for all the information. They never responded and this load was going to a Walmart Dc. If they was unwilling to respond over that I am sure they would had tried to get me on detention time as well.
Will take them off my list to work with. If I cannot simply send an invoice from QuickBooks with all information to get paid then I won’t do business with them.
Also others said you could set up with a card from them and I refuse to do that stuff. I want my money going to my bank account only. They need to get with the program. Not worth the hassles.

Nope seems to be the same. I cancelled the load since I do not have time to deal with that crazy stuff.

I did but it was late at night and only got information from website and here. Sent an email to the broker and he refused to even reply back. So I cancelled the load.

Vampire, dwells40 and Oxbow Thank this.
