    Sorry miss understood yeah.
It is a ThermoLite 110W and has the charge controller with it. I may need to change it out since it is designed for AGM and flooded batteries.

May not be a big enough issue since it is less than 400W based off of some stuff I read.

Maybe something like this would work.
    https://www.amazon.com/HUINE-Waterp...ge+controller+water+proo,aps,241&sr=8-11&th=1

Would have to cut the wires instead of plug already made up. Dont think they make the same brand. Not sure will have to try and figure that part out.

Sorry I didn't see this sooner. If you didn't already order spend just a bit more and get an MPPT solar controller instead of PWM. They are much more efficient.

I would be willing to bet the Thermo King one is better quality than the Amazon type, either one you posted, but I don't know that you could easily find out the specs on it.

I have LiTime batteries from Amazon in my camper (300ah lithium) and their quality seems to be pretty good but I'd still go MPPT.

Victron is top shelf stuff. Their basic MPPT controller is only $65. I'd go this route in a heartbeat:

I second 86Scotty's post, get the Victron, get the app. It is the better controller. The TK unit is a PWM.

I went with the second one. I just finished installing the batteries and the solar replacement part.

think the solar piece added has an app. I need to look into it and see. I know the batteries do so can see what all is going on. With them.

I don’t go back out except to deliver tomorrow until Tuesday. So will see at that time if two are good enough. I have a feeling I should had went with three.

Truck cranks great and everything seems to be working right. Looking forward in seeing how they perform.

on another note I know why my truck has not been cutting my batteries off. The Volvo part that monitors the batteries had a slice in the wire. Could had been grounding out as well.

gonna keep these batteries for my EPU batteries when they run down. Use them up and than next time by lithium for EPU bank.

Well got the two batteries installed over the weekend and could not be happier so far. I only bought two batteries in place of the 4 AGM stater batteries I took out. The new batteries are about 23-25 LBS a piece while the old ones are close to 50-60 LBS. So I have saved at least 120 LBS so far just by changing them out.

The good so far is the cranking power is amazing. They seem to charge just fine and go to 100 percent charging like any other battery does. I do notice they draw harder than the other batteries and brings it down to about 13.8 for a few minutes. Does not take long at all the charge the batteries so far but have not ran them down hardly.

Truck set for a 34 plus and had only drained 1 percent on each battery. I run my Camera system 24 Hrs and left the shut off switch on to see how it all drained into the EPU batteries. Based on my research they will take a long time to run down going into the EPU AGM batteries. No worries at this point on the mixing how it is done. The one thing I should see pretty fast is if a EPU battery is bad it will drain faster. So will be able to see a bad battery pretty fast.

Tonight it is really nice outside in the low 70's so not gonna get a good test with the AC running hard. I turned my fridge on and want to see what it draws as well. The real test will be for me to be able to do a 10-12 with Fridge and AC running all night or day. I run a fan and radio all that time as well.

Last night I did a test but was only in the truck for about 4 hours with AC running. It only used like 5 percent or so if I remember right. Also the solar charge controller I added has an app as well. Now I can see what it is doing. I did not like the TK one as I could never see what it was doing other than a light blinking showing it works.

Over all so far I am extremely happy with these batteries! If they work right through out the winter I will never buy another AGM battery. Pretty excited for a battery. Ha Ha

Did you happen to get yours installed yet? I got my two and put in this weekend. Love them so far! Most I have used with fridge and EPU on is 18 percent for the night. Granted it was not hot out but still impressive. The only neg I have found is they will not update and have to keep pushing the update on app.
