    Even fewer run ELDs, as they are currently exempt.

    Yeah and paper log (if any) prolly showed last change of duty "Getting up from T/giving dinner".
    Actually where found, well under 150 from where he loaded.
    Afraid someone/group was very unhappy with him, and went to the extremes...
