if you are heavy, i would take the tappan zee bridge

81-84 have some nice pulls before you get to Danbury, CT

 

Tappan Zee to 684 to 84 is usually what I do. I don't do inbound GWB. Outbound doesn't bother me.

 

I guess I'll be the Party-Pooper here.......

I WILL take the GW bridge/Cross Bronx then catch 91 in CT up to 84 and so on up to Manchester.

Why?

84 from Danbury over to 87 isn't even an option..To bumpy and don't like pulls

Tappan Zee is crumbling away (At least it was the last time I was on it,)

Cross the GW before 4am and use EZPass and its like $55-60 bucks

And I just saved 38 miles in the process.
