I will run my truck under someone else authority. Do I nee to have IRP and IFTA registration on my name or I can use registration numbers authority provider??

depending on the company you can do either, but unless they are payng for plates and taking care of all the ifta filing and taxes I would do it under your own name and take care of it yourself.
