had a brain freeze. I know it’s a dumb question but where do we put the plates on the truck in Florida? Reason I’m asking cause a friend of mine just got a ticket in TN for having in the front. Isn’t it supposed to be in the front cause it can’t be seeing if it’s in the back
Irp plate location

It depends on what kind of truck. On a tractor most states require upfront. On straight truck most states require on the back. Funny you mentioned TN, because in TN straight trucks above certain weight must have plate in front. I've been asked in other states why my plate is in front? TN, my registered state, required in front.

In Alaska, we have to have them front and rear, but the sticker goes on the rear.
The dot asks us to put the sticker on the rear, so they can see it easier, BUT the law clearly says it goes on the rear, so that is where mine is. My rear one, like most up here is mounted high up on the headache rack, drivers side. A little easier for the dot to see than under the rear, except my chains hanging on the rack covers it up. lol
