    Dear All
I would like to get some advice on a renewing the IRP
We have 6 Trucks in a company now. But last year we had 3 only. Also we had 2 owner operator in a company last year that I did the IFTA Report.
I have those miles saved. Do I need to report those miles on IRP also? Or just the 3 trucks of our own?

You only pay for the trucks you want to renew. Update your schedule B? and remove the trucks you don't have and add the ones you do.
All 6 trucks you have now need to be on your IRP list if you provide plates for them.

Yes and the trucks that I deleted but they were on 2014-2015. Do I need to put their milage or the ones that I still have? My consern is the milage only,

If you dropped them then no you don't need their mileage for anything. You will not be reporting any miles from 2015 on this IRP renewal. Your state IRP office will tell you what they miles need and from what time frame. You'll be using estimated miles from a form they can give you on the 3 new trucks. And maybe estimated miles on the older ones too if you haven't been in business long enough. I renewed mine in August. They wanted my actual miles from the end of the second quarter 2013 to the beginning of the third quarter 2014 to renew this year, or something like that. It is not based off the previous year's miles. Goes back farther than that.

    Gulsher Thanks this.
