Best guess at this time. Yes you're going to have problems.
You've been off for 9 months, your CDL was suspended, and you failed to mention if those tickets have been removed from your record. If not, they will be seen.
As you're aware, one of the questions on every application is, "Has your license ever been suspended for any reason?" -
Your best luck might be with a local mom and pop shop, but then that might be a problems as well, especially with the economy being in a slump like it is..

The insurance company will have a field day saying probably not under those circumstances...........
You might have to wait for 3 years before you can go back to driving, but also you did not mention what the tickets were for and if in CMV. -
Three tickets, fines totalling $2,500, a nine month suspension after only having a CDL for an equivalent length of time, and you're wondering if you'll have trouble getting hired?
It's Christmas so I'll be charitable ... yes, you'll have a hard time getting hired. -
And slowdown for godsake!enuf with the tickets already, your gonna shoot yerslf in foot and wont be able to drive a bycycle at the rate you're going.
Good luck -
LOL..England might hire you back for round number 2
