Not sure 100% but I would guess no. Your logs are a legal document and nobody but u should be able to edit them but u
is a company able to edit your logs without your permission?

So why does the government let this happen and why are they so dam stupid not to do anything. The real victims are the trk drivers.

It is so sad that drivers can not see the ASSAULT ON THERE LIVILIHOODS...The government is so slick they have drivers walking behind them, all the way to the slaughter house waving flags...
Once you see the reality of it all and crack the code,it is so so sick...luvtotruck, The Challenger and 900,000-tons-of-steel Thank this. -
I don't think it's the drivers getting slaughtered by the law and companies. Many drivers have the same views you do but as company drivers their hands are tied and unfortunately at their mercy.Only way we would win is it everyone united as one but we know that won't happen.Think about it,if there were more o/o then company drivers,do you think there would be elogs and so many laws?Drivers aren't stupid or scared to say what they think and try to do something but has anything worked, nope.I think most the drivers who are nieve into whats happening are the new drivers that companies and the law can push around.

E-logs are kept on a third party record that the company doesn't have any power over I believe. Like QC perhaps.

Central's safety dept. will edit your logs. If you approve your logs daily, then later on get message stating you need to review and approve your logs, you can bet that they edited something. Call and ask them what changed? They're not very forthcoming with the answer. If you challenge them you may get a written warning about your hours of service that you have to sign. If you don't sign , you don't get loads. One of the many reasons I left.
