Ive seen several write ups inthe local paper about people getting bagged for dumb stuff because the police see them riding around with no taillights in the dark. Pull them over and find what else they can: figuring if you dont know your tailights arent on, do you know when your reg expires? (Thats the most common one i see in the blotter report) -
