I have been researching and researching and can't seem to find any new information on Boyd... Looking to see if anyone drives for them or has information on training and average pay.

If they will hire you go for it,,Boyd seems to have a good rep and flat bed experience is good.you will not be going to grocery wharehouses and most likely will never have appointments to load or unload in the middle of the night

Boyd is a good solid company. It has its issues like any company will but I feel they are small....
I enjoy working for them. came here strait out of school almost 3 years ago. My current truck is 6 months old. Haven't had any issues with it. THe training program is excellent for rookies. They will send u out with a trainer for 5 weeks. During that time, you will get trained on just about everything. From coils to slinkies, to ag irrigation systems.

better bet than most other companies,,they are not a mega carrier and you most likely will get home more often,,they have decent equipment,
go to www.safersys.org check out their safety record,,look at any violations and see what the violations are,,
