Is California a decent place for a trucker to live and what cities?

OK...you can take a breath now!

 

We live in the foothills above Folsom....actually had to wait for 3 cars to pass by to get out of my drive way last week......their moving in.....really mucking up the place I might add!

 

Home is where you make it happen no matter where its at.. amongst other conditions, ca has a snow line

 

I said that to the wife the other night......she laughed and said it ain't happenin...that is a true s-no line!

 

lake Shasta is as low as ever

 

There are two sections of california. Northern and southern. Northern is far and away a much better place to live.

 

With these latest storms it is actually up 42 feet.....still only at 29%

 

As long as you stay east of the coastal range!

 

Nevada & Texas are good.

 

I've heard about a crack in the #### a time two.. I wonder if there's any truth to it? they don't appear to allow the water level raise to high.

the water level in quail lake around Saugus appears to be full all the time.

I like norcal area, you might try around Redding, but you may find more work from Scaramento, Stockton, Bay area on down south . and perhaps a increase in the cost of living. might I suggest to also look at the cost of rentals and such.
