Cheap homes in Henderson and South Las Vegas. Employment really picking up with a new auto manufacturing plant being built in North Las Vegas; Faraday Future is the name of the plant. Over a billion dollars already in the works to be spent on the plant by Faraday Future. Many smaller companies moving in to support the plant and new homes being built for the employees that will be moving into the area. No personal income taxes in Nevada.

Some good deals become available for rental property too. A couple months ago there was a 4-plex on the market for $125,000.00 but it was sold pretty fast. It was a fixer-upper but still livable for renters. I thought about it and maybe taking it slow and easy to refurbish one apartment at a time. While I was thinking about it someone else jumped on the deal.

 

What are the roads like down there for truckers? Bad as Denver?
