Is California the only state with CARB regulations?

As long as we keep the Northern California border far enough south to keep our rice fields and our water rights we're happy.

 

I will stay happy as long as LA stays east of Reno Nevada!

 

Sacto is central California in my book. Everything from Mendocino, Colusa, Placer, Nevada, Yuba, and Lake counties are NorCal.

 

When you get far enough north that the forklift drivers speak English you're really in Northern California.

 

That's getting harder and harder no matter where you go.......check out the pork, chicken and beef kill houses in the mid-west.....Si Habla?
