Is Con-way Trucking a good company to work for

    Ok so that would be Conway freight which is a LTL company...

    I only worked for them a couple of months after working a year over the road for Conway Truckload...

    I'm guessing you don't have a CDL? If not it would be a good start... I believe you will work a ton on the dock while going through the learning process and getting your CDL...

    Conway was recently bought out by XPO so I can't speak for any changes but it's a start... At least you will be home daily but, you will be working overnights...

    With that known ( your location ) I can help you answer more questions...
    Conway Truckload has no locations in NY so it must be freight your talking about...

    Yes freight, there is a terminal in Montgomery NY. Also they are sending me to MO to train for the cdl

    Dreams been getting 1800 miles a week thru that training slave scam.

    5 years ago, I average 2700 miles a week. making in low 50k. I know they just buy out for some body and it may change. the good thing is they have freight side and truck load side. So most time you r pretty bussy( as long as you husscle and make on time delvry. As a new driver, I would go for Conway. Good luck on your venture and be safe.
