    I hear dirt about booth companies.$$seems about the same. The contract time for crst is 8 months. Cr England 1 year. One year sounds like a jail term.8 months sounds more like a half a year plus two months. I'm not sure what poop SMELLS THE BEST. THEY BOTH CALLED ME BACK. I do need experience and a job other than construction!!

    Haven't heard from anyone else? They both have a pretty bad rating around here. Go up to the top of the page and use the search feature. There are plenty of threads about both companies.

    If you are trying to tie the "CR" in both names together...NOPE...

    CRST stands for Cedar Rapids Steel Transport...

    The CR in CR England are the first and middle name initials of the founder of the company....back then and until about 15-20 years ago (maybe less) it wasn't as bad as what the sons and grandsons have turned it into.

    Yeah they're related! As in places you really don't want to drive for unless you're out to take a beatin' every day!

    Better plan... stay home, get a baseball bat, beat yourself with it for a couple of hours every day.

    Lilbit, I was not aware of the search thank you for the tip. I don't no enough about ether company. And don't want to bad mouth any potential employer. Any information is helpful. Seems all the big companies out there have some one out there trash talking. It makes it hard for a guy or gall to make a wise choice on who to start out with.

    Not a problem on the tips! That's what us Mods are here for. Yes, you will hear bad about just about every company out there, but those two seem to be all bad and no good. Not sure what the latest is on Swift and their own schools. There are threads on Swift too . . . lots of them.
