Is CTL Transportation a decent job to work?

I came across a CTL Transportation ad about available job positions. I have read older posts from like 2 years ago, but Can anyone shed any current information on CTL Transportation as far as what the pay is like, job descriptions, benefits, etc.? Any drivers out there who have been with CTL for a couple years? Would this be a decent job or would this be at least something decent to get trucking experience?
