Perhaps, but having to file written route plans on a regular basis doesn’t work too well for an LTL operation when a given shipment may have to be transferred to 4 different trailers.misterG Thanks this.

They may have relaxed that one. I just renewed my TSA screening and didn’t have to go in for fingerprints. Renewed online, got the “ok” letter in the mail a week later.Getsinyourblood and Dave_in_AZ Thank this.

I think they still printed me, but I know the last two renewals weren't near as involved as the initial one.
Now everytime I renew my CDL, have to retake the test. And we must use more of that information than one realizes, cause I've passed, albeit it came down to the last question lol, without studying. -
I paid $67. I believe the normal rate is $86.50. I paid a reduced rate because I also have a TWIC. I’m not sure all states offer that. The website I used was:
