Depends on the form as well as intent. telling a lie on a job application is not a serious matter. If a carrier discovers a lie they have the option to fire you. Tell a lie on say a CDL DMV application where it clearly states under penalty of perjury regardless of your intent might just land you in serious hotwater.
zoekatya Thanks this. -
Thanks for the response. Your most likely right. I think some recruiter get paid to bring you into orientation and some get paid if you hire on? Idk. I asked him if any positive drug test showed up when they ran everything and all he said was have you worked here before meaning have I failed a drug test with Us Express. I said no then he moved on to the scheduling date. We'll I'm driving to orientation on Monday just incase I get kicked out. No way I'm taking the bus.

I think the the game most recruiters play is getting as many warm bodies into orientation that they can that have the slightest snowball's chance in Hades and seeing what sticks on Wednesday.

When you failed the test? Did the MO call you and ask you questions?

Why have you not gotten your own DAC report to check for yourself what it says instead of guessing if you have an issue reported or not?
Informatin on how to get your own DAC report for free is at http://www.hireright.com/background-check-faq/answers/requesting-a-free-copy-of-your-background-report-file. -
driving is the way to go regardless. want to go to Walmart and get stuff go get it, food go get it, I felt bad for everyone that was just forced to sit at the hotel the whole time.
the test you failed, was it hair or urine?
