Is it easier to find an OTR job vs regional and local?

Women with 1 photo or a vague description of themselves I would be skeptical about lots of preety women there most are outside of the USA though

Started JB Hunt 2 weeks ago,running otr,but they had me running containers..couldnt find me an empty.
Surprised,was only expecting an orientation check of a few hundred dollars.
They found a way to get some miles on my check,and get me home,for the holiday.
Pretty happy so far.
