Thank you Tomcat I need all the help I can get! However, I know I can do it! Hey, do you know if they want a hair follicle test? I smoked once but I did not inhale!

Hardest maneuvers without question are not going down for assault while at the terminal or a customer.

Some fleets have them and some don't either way eventually with in the next decade they will be mostly phased out and a thing of the past. Where I work here in the states we have standard shift, but our Canadian arm has automatics. The fleets and companies really don't care about ego's and things they care about liability and control. Automatics give them more control and that's worth the world to them.

When it comes down to it, don't pick a job by who has the shiniest trucks or what kind of transmissions they have, that's all non sense. It's who has the policies I can best live with and the pay and benefits that work best for me.

^^^ If you hurry, most schools train on manuals still; so you don't get the "auto" restriction on your CDL. So you can say you can! Personally, I couldn't pull my tanks up some of the 2 lanes with an auto as easily as I can now... and slowing down for the surge would probably be harder in an auto...but to each their own~
