I use wrangler to this day, keeping a eye on a style called relaxed fit. Ive been fortunate even though there is lifting all my life. I found I lost about a inch in the leg just like pa did at about my age. So Im making adjustment at the tailor so I don't walk on them ends. Legs are fine. Its just advancing years. And spareparts... (Surgeon did flawless keeping the original length so I walk the same.)

Rest day is tomorrow but I’ll be hiking too, just not lifting.

I’m gonna try and hike angels landing soon when I got to Vegas in a few weeks.

I'm trying to bike as many local trails as possible before winter. Still a dozen left to hit lol.

No, not really. The hardest part is just getting started.

The biggest problem with driving is people don't look far enough ahead of them. Especially in a truck. They think they need to go-go-go and weave around or just throw in the towel and do something else like diddle with thier phone.

Just drive, and not do something else, and you will be fine. Always remember there is a trailer behind you and watch everything around you. Traffic in front and traffic behind. Look far ahead....

Can't count the times people next to me couldn't see the slow down ahead because they were focused on me, the first thing in thier sight. If you know what's in front of other vehicles then you can predict what they will do... Usually, unless they are diddling with thier phone....

Get a dash cam, don't leave home without it.

You will get used to driving around something so big. Just be patient.

Its been getting down to about 10°C here overnight. Don't want to think of the impending 35 below in a couple months.

I feel the winter coming as well. I look to the Rockies for it now. Not that there is anything just yet.

God made winter for me. The other seasons are just resting, feeding and getting fit for it.

When you get hired read company policy. Understand your responsibility and understand what the company should be paying you for. When do you get breakdown pay, or layover pay, or TONU (truck ordered not used). What is covered o. The truck warranty, even as a company driver, truck warranty might pay for your hotel room if you break down.

Just know what you are due and what you are liable for. You will get shafted often of you don't speak up for missing pay. It happens, people get busy and forget something, or just don't want to do something to save 2 minutes of thier time. Always look at your paycheck every time.
