I have an IR 1” battery impact. I keep it with me. It has saved my bacon a couple times now.

But if they provide the info commonly learned during apprentice experience during more advanced training then nobody has good cause to claim "but you never said XXX when I went through training."

My last inspection In ny I got written for a chaffed air line after a few hours, only took 3 times going under the truck, whatever, told him I had one in the tool box and will change it, you would of thought I personally insulted him because apparently you cannot so much as change a light bulb on the thruway without a permit. luckily he did me a “favor”’and didn’t put me out of service, and I could fix it anywhere else other then his highway, swell guy…

For the purpose of this conversation define, ''torqued''.
    Dictionary

Definitions from Oxford Languages · Learn more

Don't need no stinking torque wrench according to that definition.
Tighten it then check that it's still tight after a few miles, fits the definition also.

    torque
    verb
past tense: torqued; past participle: torqued
    1. apply torque or a twisting force to (an object).
"he gently torqued the hip joint"

Its because all the manufacturers are based out of the US and as far as I know anyone there can buy tools and be a mechanic with no formal training.

There is a heap of difference between ‘equal’ and ‘equal rights.’

Of course people aren’t literally ‘equal.’ If we were, we should all be famous, or rich, or geniuses, or paraplegic, or in prison…or a zillion other things that apply to some people; but, not others. It is an absurd idea!
