Is it important to fix a burned out headlight?

It's funny how all the lights have to be working, but there's nothing that says you have to have both eyes open

 

Of course not... You close one eye so it can sleep and change them out as needed.

Actually. If it had been me, I think I'd have said, "It's funny how all the lights have to be working, but there's no requirement for a person with at least half a brain to sit behind the wheel."

and so as you can see, it's in there.

 

However, it would also depend on the legal definition of 'half a brain'.
