Is it just me, or are cars trying to wreck into trucks on purpose lately?

I wish that was true. We had a fatal a few years ago that wasn't our fault. Mom, Dad, and two kids were kllled, two survived. The Dad was driving and he blew a redlight,.One of our tankers T-boned him.
The guardian of the estate of the deceased sued us. We were also sued by the insurance company of the deceased.
Long story short, we were found not to be liable for any damages or costs but we still had to pay our attorney for a lot of hours he spent defending us.KB3MMX, bottomdumpin, snowlauncher and 6 others Thank this. -
I was going to say.. Indiana has these up and down every Interstate also on some US Highways. On I65 you see them every few miles- 'BIG TRUCK ACCIDENT'? CALL.......
If anything these billboards are putting ideas into peoples heads not to avoid accidents but to get into one on purpose for the easy money.just_sayin and Dave_in_AZ Thank this. -
It's an insurance scam that's been going on for years. Supposedly started in new york.
States need to start advertising this pic. brake check.

That’s attorney John Morgan. He runs radio ads locally and talks about a cat he had named Sneakers. He also spent $10 million getting medical marijuana legalized in Florida. Seems like a saint to me.
just_sayin, stwik and Dave_in_AZ Thank this. -
Well, sure. Get that pot legal so high drivers can sue truck drivers.

If you look just below the driverside door you can see where the blood has been dripping on the ground.Last edited: Dec 2, 2018

That’s not a brake check pic though. Traffic is at a stop and Franklin hit that vehicle and probably never touched the brakes.stwik, x1Heavy, TripleSix and 1 other person Thank this.
